You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. No refunds are possible after 14 days. You can cancel your stay free of charge and without justification up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
After this period, proof will be required to obtain a full refund (see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
Without proof, any cancellation made between 60 and 30 days before arrival will result in the 30% deposit being retained. Beyond 30 days before arrival, no refund will be possible.

To benefit from these discounts, your booking must be made at least 21 days before your arrival.
If you choose this option, your stay is non-refundable, even if you provide proof of cancellation. Full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking.
The discount will be automatically applied during the booking process if your stay meets the eligibility requirements and periods.

Enjoy a 10% discount on any stay of 6 nights or more. The discount applies to Standard or Freedom packages and is subject to availability. All our discounts are automatically displayed during the booking process if your stay meets the conditions of use.

For stays of at least 4 nights, a 10% discount applies to your stay. This can be combined with our “long stay” offer for stays of 6 nights or more. The discount is automatically applied when you make your reservation and indicate your age. You will be asked to show proof of identity on arrival.
